Marie-Josée Duval
Candidate in L'Abord-à-Plouffe | District #13
A dedicated nurse for over 30 years, Marie-Josée Duval wishes to put her experience and generosity at the service of the citizens of L'Abord-à-Plouffe. An employee of the CISSS de Laval since 1998, she has accompanied thousands of patients and families with rigor and empathy, devoting herself since 2013 to home care for seniors.
Established in Laval since 2020, she is well aware of the realities of her neighborhood and wants to take action to improve public safety, counter the rise in homelessness and reduce crime. Her civic involvement dates back to her childhood, from the Jeannettes to the Land Cadets to the Junior Optimist Club, where she was vice-president. As a municipal candidate in 2021, she is determined to build a safer, more caring and supportive neighborhood.
