Wassim Mekideche

Candidate in Renaud-Coursol | District #07

A pharmacist, entrepreneur and Laval resident since childhood, Wassim Mekideche is now keen to put his expertise to good use in Renaud-Coursol, the neighborhood where he grew up and spent most of his life.

A graduate in pharmacy from the Université de Montréal, he has worked with a variety of populations, notably in the Aboriginal communities of James Bay, and is a regular contributor to a scientific journal for healthcare professionals.

Politically involved, notably in provincial politics, Wassim is known for his rigor, his ability to listen and his capacity to build bridges. He is guided by a clear commitment to helping others, creating local value and strengthening Laval's social fabric. He dreams of a Laval where young people can flourish, where parks are protected, and where economic growth is healthy and local. He believes that Parti Laval will make this dream a reality.
